MONITORING AND EVALUATIONAn indicator is a quantitative or qualitative variable that allows changes produced by an intervention relative to what was planned to be measured. It provides a reasonably simple and reliable basis for assessing achievement, change or performance. An indicator is preferably numerical and can be measured over time to show changes. The criteria applied in the evaluation are; objectives, efficiency; effectiveness, impacts, sustainability and et cetera. GRC has conducted M&As for various organisation and non-governmental organisations focusing in livelihoods, biodiversity, climate changes, water and sanitation and so forth and so on.
